Look, we've built our schedule around real results, not just filling slots. Every class here's designed to push you somewhere specific - whether that's learning to actually defend yourself, building serious strength, or just getting in the best shape of your life. No fluff, no fancy marketing terms... just solid training that works.

This isn't your typical cardio-kickboxing nonsense. We're teaching actual MMA - the stuff that works when it matters. You'll learn proper striking fundamentals, ground game basics, and how to transition between ranges. Marcus has been in the cage himself, so he knows what actually translates when pressure's on.
What to expect: First 15 minutes we warm up and drill basics. Then we break into technique work - could be takedown defense one day, clinch work another. Last 20 minutes is live sparring or situational rolling. Beginners work at their own pace, experienced folks can go harder.
Bring your own mouthguard and handwraps. We've got loner gloves if you're just starting out.

Okay so this one hurts... but in the best way. Sarah's programming mixes barbell work, bodyweight movements, and some cardio intervals that'll make your lungs burn. It's functional stuff - movements that actually carry over to real life and sports performance. No weird gimmicky exercises, just intelligent training that builds real capacity.
Typical session: We start with a targeted warm-up and mobility work. Then there's a strength component - could be deadlifts, overhead pressing, whatever. After that comes the metabolic work - usually 15-20 minutes of circuits or EMOMs that'll test your grit. Everything's scalable though, so don't stress about keeping up at first.
Classes cap at 12 people so everyone gets proper coaching. Bring a towel... you're gonna need it.

Pure strength work with a focus on explosive power. Devon programs in 6-week blocks, progressively building your numbers in the big lifts while adding in plyometrics and speed work. This class is perfect if you wanna get legitimately strong without all the fluff. Great for fighters looking to add power, or anyone who just wants to move heavy weight.
You should know basic barbell movements before jumping in here.

Real talk - if you're training hard, you need this class. Jamie leads sessions focused on deep stretching, mobility drills, and active recovery techniques. It's not some zen meditation thing (though it's definitely chill). This is functional work to keep you moving well and prevent injuries. Most of our serious fighters don't skip this one.
Bring a foam roller if you have one. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.

Our nutrition consultations help you dial in your diet based on your actual goals - whether that's cutting weight for competition, building muscle, or just having more energy throughout the day. We keep it practical and sustainable... no weird elimination diets or supplement schemes.
